As the Level of each new step is more advanced, we consider crucial that there is time to understand the count, the positioning and the footwork. The Formula 3 will have a new video every other day, so giving you 1 day of practice in between. As you could tell by now, our focus is to integrate confidence, styling and the technique of each step in order for you to enjoy the steps and the dance itself, no matter your level, and no matter the level of your partner. The Formula 3 - Intermediate level contain 4 videos per week ( 15-20 minutes each ) and every week we will break down the steps, learn the body movement, do the partner work so that eventually you will be able to place these steps while Social Dancing.
